"Wakatsuki Tsuwano", nestled in the town of Tsuwano in Shimane Prefecture, is a four-room accommodation with a restaurant, housed in renovated historic buildings.
Since August 2025 we have welcomed members of the local community and producers for trial stays, and from 1 October 2025 we will progressively open our rooms to general guests. To mark this step, we have also launched the official website and reservation site for Wakatsuki Tsuwano.
